I'm Johnny, a New York based photographer and I currently live on Long Island. After attending the Photojournalism and Documentary Photography program at the International Center of Photography in New York City, I now freelance. My work can be seen in Newsday, The British Journal of Photography, The New York Observer, and Sipa. This blog is a way to inspire discussion and controversy. Photography is the key component through which I understand and comprehend the world around me.

Kentucky’s Knights of the Ku Klux Klan supported the NSM’s rally on the capitol, Saturday April 21. Extensive security and police were dispatched in order to guarantee safety. Founded in 1974, NSM has gained extensive attention across the United States for it’s politically oriented philosophies and actions. Among the core beliefs of the NSM are the preservation of America’s European roots. Unlike the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, the NSM is not a religious oriented organization but a militarily and politically structured organization.
